Pfizer’s Customer Insights initiative put a focus on the importance and value of insights. We translated the idea in many ways, including a series of Customer Insight Stories, which I researched and wrote. This one highlights how a visual design student’s experience with her grandmother’s medication mix-up provided an insight that ultimately led to Target’s ClearRx system of labeling across all its pharmacies.
